Complaints Procedure

Should you not be happy with the service we have provided, please get in touch by completing the form via the link below. We will endeavour to resolve the complaint, should this not be possible your complaint will be passed onto the Property Redress Scheme. We will respond to all complaints within 5 workings days of receipt of the completed form.
